Ta vikend sem preživela v čudoviti družbi tečajnic, ki so se udeležile moje prve Vikend Akademije, kjer smo pripravljali jedi iz svežih rastlinskih sestavin in nekaj zelo malega smo tudi kuhali/spekli:). V našem novem kulinarčnem studiu smo preživele zares čudovit vikend, kjer smo se čisto prepustile ustvarjanju receptov in fotografiranju jedi. Na intenzivni delavnici smo se v soboto posvetili različnim tehnikam sekljanja, pripravile hladno stiskani sok iz sadja in zelenjave, ajdovo kašico s sezonskim sadjem, ajdovo granolo z brusnicami, koruzno juho s peteršiljevim pestom, presni sir z različnimi okusi ter zeliščnimi krekerji, bučno in paradižnikovo lazanjo ter penasti jagodni in vanilijev mousse. V nedeljo smo dan pričele z osvežilnim zelenim smoothie-jem, nato pa pripravile presni tiramisu, degustirale presni zeliščni sir, pripravile zelenjavni quiche, falafel solato s cvetačnim tabbouleh-jem, ter malinovo čokolado z vrtničnimi cvetovi in čokoladne praline s soljeno karamelo, se sliši fino ne?:)

This weekend I have offered my first intensive raw and vegan course in our new culinary studio and have been gratefully surrounded with a group of attendants that were soaking all the knowledge I was giving and enjoying all the recipes we made throughout the course. We spend a fabulous weekend together focused on creativity and joy of natural plant based food, mostly prepared raw and there was also some light cooking/baking included:) And we photographed all the dishes too:)
On Saturday we focused on knife skills, than prepared cold pressed juice, buckwheat porridge with seasonal fruits, buckwheat and cranberry granola, plant based cheeses with various flavors, herbed crackers, summer creamy corn soup, zucchini and tomato lasagna, vanilla and strawberry mousse. On Sunday we started with refreshing detox green smoothie, made light and creamy tiramisu, taste cheese plates, made falafel salad with chilly and hummus, gluten free vegetable tarts, and raspberry chocolate with petal roses and chocolate buttercups with salted caramel. Sounds great right?;)
